Our Story

We started in a garage with one screen press, a box of blanks, and a phrase we couldn't shake.

Imago Dei Apparel began as a small project between friends who wanted clothing that said something without shouting. What started as a handful of printed tees handed out at church and shows grew into a full line of heavyweight essentials.

We're still small on purpose. Every collection is designed, sampled, and packed by the same handful of people. We'd rather make fewer pieces and get them right than chase a calendar.

Imago Dei is Latin for “image of God.” Every piece we make is a reminder that the person wearing it carries inherent worth.

Garment-dyed heavyweight cotton, double-stitched seams, boxy cuts. Clothing meant to be worn hard and kept for years.

We release in limited drops rather than endless inventory. Less waste, more intention, nothing made just to fill a shelf.

400–500 GSM garment-dyed cotton fleece and 240 GSM jersey.
Construction
Double-needle seams, ribbed cuffs, reinforced necklines.
Fit
Boxy, dropped shoulder, unisex sizing from XS to 3XL.
Finish
Embroidered emblems and tonal prints — no plastic-heavy graphics.

What does Imago Dei mean?

It's the Latin phrase for “image of God” — the belief that every person is made with dignity and purpose. That idea is the foundation of the brand.

What do you make?

Core essentials: heavyweight hoodies, boxy tees, crewnecks, caps, and outerwear. Everything is unisex and cut with room to move.

How do drops work?

Collections release a few times a year in limited quantities. Sizes sell through and are rarely restocked in the same colorway.

Where are you based?

We design and pack everything in-house, and ship worldwide from our studio.
